The Department of Philosophy of the University Twente in the Netherlands is looking for a Postdoc (18-month position) in Ethics of Big Data as part of a large European project on ethical and human rights aspects of smart big data systems.

As part of our VC2020 lectureship programme, we are looking for two outstanding new Lecturers in Information Systems.

The department is currently expanding with an assistant professor position in ethics and/or political philosophy with a focus on information technology and its impacts on society.

A PhD position (3 years, full-time) and a PostDoc position (full-time, 3 years + possibility of 3 years extension) are available in the newly established research group "Ethics in Information Technologies” at the University of Hamburg (further information on both positions below).
