AGM
The Annual General Meeting will be held at on Wednesday 15 April 16:00-17.00 exact location TBC (keep an eye on our communication channels and https://www.bileta.org.uk/annual-conference/). Please email kbarker@lincoln.ac.uk directly with 'BILETA AGM Link' as the subject title of your email if you wish to join by MS Teams. All BILETA members are welcome to attend the AGM in person. Please find attached the Agenda for the 2026 AGM, and the minutes from the 2025 AGM.

Joining the Executive Committee
All members of the Executive Committee are elected or re-elected on an annual basis. If you wish to express an interest in joining the Exec Committee please send an email in which you briefly explain why you would like to become a member of the Executive Committee, how long you’ve been a member of BILETA, what BILETA activities you have been involved in to date e.g., contributing to consultations etc, and what you think you would contribute to the Executive Committee. 

Please send your expression of interest to: kbarker@lincoln.ac.uk with "BILETA Exec EoI" as the subject title by 5pm (UK time) on Monday 30 March March 2026.

All conference attendees are welcome to attend the post-AGM dinner (at their own expense).
